PosterSessionOnline,
following a policy of maximum transparency, provides herewith the contract regulating supply of service.
Contract
These General Conditions regulate the use of the postersessiononline.com website that GESCONONLINE S.L., with registered office in C/ Maria Tubau, 5, 28050 Madrid, with Tax code A-78088424 (hereinafter GESCONONLINE S.L.) operates
WITH the USER of the services (hereinafter the CLIENT)
CONDITIONS
The service will consist of the following:
I.- GESCONONLINE S.L. undertakes to print the poster, the title of which appears in the contract form completed by the CLIENT.
II.- The Client pays the price for the service indicated on the form at the time of ordering. VAT will be added to this price.
III.- The delivery address for the poster is the address stated in the form.
IV.- The invoice will be issued to the name of the person or Entity indicated in the contract form.
Types of Services:
- Display Poster on ExhibitionOnline: If the congress has contracted the ExhibitionOnline service, Posters will be displayed here for consultation or printing.
- Print Poster and display in ExhibitionOnline:
Includes printing the Poster for subsequent display at the congress, and on ExhibitionOnline.
- Order complete service:
Includes Poster layout with the attached contents, printing and display in the Virtual Exhibition Hall.
The configuration of the different services may change throughout the life of this contract to adapt to market trends or advances in Internet.
PRICES
The CLIENT will pay according the type of service requested, using the form of payment supplied in the registration process.
Due to sporadic offers or promotions, the cost of the service may be reduced.
